Amanda Jobbins leads Marketing and Communications for Vodafone Business, the team responsible for inspiring confidence that Vodafone can help businesses succeed in a digital world. Prior to joining Vodafone, Amanda has held senior marketing roles across the technology industry. Most recently, as Global Chief Marketing Office for Infor and before that, leading marketing teams at Oracle, Dell, Cisco, and a number of other multi-national corporations. She is one of Times Magazine’s 30 Under 30, Forbes Magazine’s 30 Under 30, and Popular Science’s Young Inventor of the Year. Andini is currently midst editing her book manuscript ‘The Inventing Mindset’, set to be published by Knopf Canada in early 2025. Andini gave her directorial debut this fall with the music video ‘Daydreaming’ for Anoushka Shankar. She currently resides in London.

Julia Pallé is a leading expert on sustainability in motorsport and the international elite sport industry. As Sustainability Director at the world’s first all-electric motor racing series, Formula E, Julia certified the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship net zero carbon since inception, the first sport in the world to achieve the standard. Julia is also Sustainability Advisor for Extreme E, the all-electric SUVs series, bringing electric racing to some of the most remote corners of the planet to highlight the climate change challenges faced by different ecosystems. Widely recognised as a leader in sustainability in global sport, Julia is a regular speaker at major events and conferences including COP26, Bloomberg, Sport Positive Summit, and FIA Smart Cities. Her industry roles include President of Sports and Sustainability international (SandSI), an international association of sustainable experts working to broadening and harmonising the international sport and sustainability movement. Before joining Formula E and defining the sustainability strategy, Julia was sustainability executive at Michelin Motorsport. Her primary area of research has focused on Business & Sustainability, Change Management and Project Management especially in Motorsport.

Larry is an Insect Farming and Technology enthusiast and serial entrepreneur. He’s been looking at Organic Waste Management since university, both in Europe and his native Africa. Today he’s trying to bring insect farming mainstream by developing turnkey insect farming technology and plug and play insect logistics for existing food businesses and waste managers. Meeting the need for safe, sustainable proteins and reducing the harms and inefficiencies caused by organic waste drive him to get up and wade through insects every day.

The first woman elected as President of Ireland, Mary Robinson has been credited with transforming the role with a presidency of inclusiveness, equality and peace building. As a barrister advocating for human rights and women’s equality, an academic and as a member of the Irish Senate, Mary Robinson’s work played a pivotal role in shaping modern Ireland. She later served as United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, and is a founding member and current Chair of The Elders, a group of global leaders who use their independence, collective experience and influence for peace, justice and human rights worldwide.

Nico Rosberg is well-known as the 2016 Formula 1 World Champion. Since leaving the racing series, he is passionately committed to the issue of sustainability. As an entrepreneur and investor in green technologies and mobility startups, he represents visionary innovations that make the world a little better. In numerous projects around the world, he also contributes to the topic of environmental protection, health, equality and justice. In 2019, he co-founded the GREENTECH FESTIVAL, a global platform for pioneering sustainable ideas that takes place annually in Berlin. Since 2021, he has been competing with Rosberg X Racing in Extreme E, a racing series that aims to draw attention to the consequences of global climate change.

Noëlla Coursaris Musunka, a Congolese/Cypriot philanthropist and model, is the Founder & CEO of Malaika, a nonprofit empowering girls in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Founded in 2007, Malaika’s programs, offered free of charge, include a school, community center, vocational training, agriculture, and clean water services. Noëlla advocates for girls’ education globally, speaking at forums like the World Economic Forum and universities such as Cambridge and Harvard. She is an Ambassador for the Global Fund, Advisor at Concordia, and serves on several advisory boards. She wrote the preface for ‘Mandela: In Honor of an Extraordinary Life,’ published in 2023.

Pierre Paslier is a London-based Innovation Design Engineer who has spent his career exploring the intersection of design and technology. He started his career as a Packaging Engineer for L’Oréal. His passion for innovation led him to study design at the Royal College of Art. Pierre is now the cofounder and CoCEO of Notpla a startup that creates sustainable packaging materials from seaweed to replace plastics. Notpla won Prince William’s £1,000,000 Earthshot Prize in 2022. Pierre has a Masters degree from the RCA’s Innovation Design Engineering program and INSA de Lyon. He is a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering Enterprise Hub and a member of the Industrial Advisory Board of Imperial College London Dyson School of Design Engineering.

Co-founder of the Climate-KIC and subsequently Undaunted, I have been supporting climate innovators to make real world impact since 2008. I advise the Mayor of London on climate innovation and the creation of ecosystems to increase growth and success rates. My proudest achievement is supporting over 150 climate innovators to raise $1.5bn and establish businesses across the UK and a further 30 countries across the globe. They are on target to avoid 29 million tonnes of CO2 emissions, save 51 billion litres of water and avoid 76 million tonnes of waste by the end of this decade.

Sarah Bel joined UNDP in 2015 to run European Media relations. Sarah believes in sustainable finance as a driving force for change and created the SDG Finance Geneva Summit, a platform that connected the development community and the financial sector, promoting SDG aligned finance through showcasing innovative growth stage companies across the developing world. She advises UNDP Energy team on advocacy and communication opportunities.

Tony Burdon is the founding CEO of Make My Money Matter, which from 2020 has campaigned for UK pensions and banks to invest sustainably, to align our money with our values. He has worked in international development for over fifteen years, including in Africa and Asia. He was on the board of the successful international debt relief campaign, Jubilee 2000, and then worked in the UK Treasury and the Department for International Development. As a senior civil servant he led economic and private sector departments, with a focus on the climate emergency, impact investment, and the Sustainable Development Goals.

Albert leads the global analyst team at BloombergNEF (BNEF), a leading provider of primary research on commodities and the low-carbon transition. He oversees BNEF’s research output on the low-carbon transition, including clean energy, transport, buildings, industry and sustainable finance, providing strategic oversight and managing the development and delivery of BNEF’s global research agenda. Albert and his team work closely with energy companies, technology and manufacturing companies, financial institutions and policymakers, supporting them as they navigate the transition towards a cleaner future. Albert joined BNEF in 2009 and was previously Head of Energy Smart Technologies and Head of Product, before assuming his current role. Albert holds a MEng in Electrical and Information Engineering from the University of Cambridge.

Andrea is the co-founder and CTO of Net Zero Insights – an AI-powered platform to access information about thousands of climatetech startups such as climate impact metrics, funding rounds, patents, traction, contacts, and others. His passion for big data and programming allowed him to develop the tech behind Net Zero Insights. Before co-founding Net Zero Insights, Andrea worked at Morgan Stanley as a Quantitative Risk Analyst.

Andrea is the Group Environment Lead at Vodafone. Her role is to oversee activities within the Planet pillar of Vodafone’s Purpose, which aim to make Vodafone a net zero and circular business that enables more sustainable societies through digital technology. She was previously the Head of Sustainability at OVO Energy, where she drove the decarbonisation of OVO’s operations and its customers’ home energy. She has over a decade of experience advising companies on sustainable business transformation as a sustainability consultant with PwC and ERM specialising in corporate strategy, sustainable value creation, risk and reporting. She has a MSc Environmental Technology from Imperial College London.

Bella is a trustee for the Born Free Foundation and a director of Reserva Youth Land Trust. She chaired the Civil Society advisory council for COP 26 and her documentary, ANIMAL, filmed alongside Jane Goodall, explores the possible solutions to the sixth mass extinction. Her book published by Penguin, Children of the Anthropocene, came out earlier this Summer.

Charlie Martin is a racing driver and LGBTQ+ activist, having realised she was transgender at a young age, her path to professional racer has been a journey into the unknown in an entirely male dominated sport. Che has overcome huge adversity to succeed as her true self, and she now works with charities like Stonewall to increase the visibility and acceptance of trans people in sport and beyond.

Climate change is an existential challenge and I am passionate about driving towards a zero carbon economy. As Chief Operating Officer for E.ON UK Solutions, I lead a team committed to delivering a smart, sustainable and personalised energy world, that benefits customers and improves people’s lives. I have spent 30 years working in major operational, commercial and supply chain roles for companies including Land Rover, BMW, Boots and as a Management Consultant for Ernst & Young. I joined E.ON in 2009 and held a number of senior roles in Supply Chain, Field Operations, Customer Service and Sales, before being appointed to the UK Board in 2017 as Managing Director of Residential. In September 2020 I was privileged to take up my biggest and current challenge.

As the CEO for the World Green Building Council, Cristina Gamboa leads the world’s largest network of organisations accelerating sustainable built environments for everyone, everywhere. As a leading voice within the #BuildingToCOP Coalition, Cristina continues to play a pivotal role in championing globally the built environment as a priority climate change and sustainability solution. As an economist with a leadership record in sustainability, policy and multi-stakeholder partnerships, Cristina is a trusted advisor and convener for international platforms such as the WEF, IEA and UN Climate Change conferences. Cristina is from Colombia and resides in London, UK.

David is currently VP Finance at Bonnet Limited (EV charging app). David is senior corporate finance practitioner with 12+ years of strategic finance and investment banking experience. Before to move to the start-up world, he was a Director in Citi and Bank of America’s Energy investment banking team. He led several high-profile M&A and IPO in the energy sector in Europe but also globally. David has global approach to business having worked in the US, Canada, and Singapore before to relocate to the UK.

Dina is an industry analyst at PAC, whose areas of expertise are Digital Sustainability & CSR, Enterprise Metaverse, IoT, Digital Innovation, Engineering, and the Manufacturing vertical in France. She covers developments and trends in the IT services and software markets. Previously, Dina was an industry analyst at Crédit Agricole SA covering IT Services and then a consultant at Deloitte.

From 2013 to 2016 Fabian worked at the German Aerospace Centre, Scientific Staff, R&D of Fibre Reinforced Plastics/Composites. After that from 2016-2018 he was the R&D Engineer, Development of Fibre Reinforced Plastics/Composites at AUDI AG. 2018-2020: AUDI AG, R&D Engineer, Pre-Development of Underbody Components. From 2020 as of today, he is the Project Manager, Pre-Development Hang-On System at AUDI AG.

Florian currently works as Director Engineering Air Filter Elements & Simulation at MANN+HUMMEL GmbH. Since he joined MANN+HUMMEL in 2013 he has been consistently working on enhancing digital tools and simulation methods for optimal filter element development on all scales. In addition he is responsible for the engineering of engine air filter elements. Since 2018, he has been actively driving the development of clean air solutions as a key factor for clean and sustainable mobility.

Jake was part of the team that delivered the influential Energy Data Taskforce for BEIS. Having always been inquisitive by nature (some would say nosey), a career based around understanding people and how things work was always going to be a good fit. Started out on the agency side before building and running insight teams at LEGO, Dyson, Nokia/Microsoft and Vodafone Business all with a tech focus. A big priority now is understanding how businesses, amongst other things, make themselves more sustainable so they are Fit For The Future and how tech can unlock this.
