As a member of Conduit Capital’s investment team, Mau spends her time meeting inspiring startups and entrepreneurs working to solve the world’s most pressing issues. Prior to joining Conduit Capital, Mau was an Equity Research Analyst at Citigroup covering European Telecoms, responsible for ESG research within the sector. Prior to that, she spent five years at PwC in the Transaction Services, Corporate Finance and Valuations teams.

Georgina invests in climate entrepreneurs to accelerate their growth and impact. She has recently led or co-led the firm’s investments into Nautilus Labs (optimization and carbon transparency shipping tool), Circulor (traceability of battery supply chains), and Jupiter Intelligence (assessing physical climate risk on assets and value chains), among others. She focuses on investments into early-stage technologies and business models that can deliver sustainability and circularity in climate-critical systems. Before joining the VC world, she gained investing experience at a leading family office in SE Asia and at a London-based credit fund, where she focused on financing physical commodity trading. She gained operating experience as the founder of an agribusiness firm and set up an institution for the Rwandan Prime Minister’s office to manage the nation’s water.

Marcus Behrendt serves as Managing Partner and BMW i Ventures. In this capacity he is a director on the boards of DSP Concepts, Alitheon Inc., Rapid Liquid Print, Bcomp and others. Prior to joining the corporate venture arm of BMW in August 2018, Marcus worked as the Vice President User Experience, Control Panels and Ergonomics at the BMW research and development center in Munich, Germany. Before Marcus joined BMW he was Head of European Operations at J.D. Power and Associates, a sister company of Standard & Poor’s.

JC is a Managing Partner of Global Sustainable Future (GSF). He focuses on financing of clean technologies and large scale projects in Energy, Mobility, Water, Air and Carbon. He also advises Cleantech startups and large corporations with their Net Zero Strategy. He co-founded Tarform, an electric motorcycle start-up set to disrupt the two-wheeled transportation industry through advanced manufacturing and clean technology. Prior to Tarform, JC led the growth of a number of companies in the technology and business consulting industries.

Veronica Chou is at the forefront of sustainable fashion and innovation impact investments. Committed to actualising technology based solutions that solve the climate crisis, Veronica has backed materials alternative, eco brands, carbon capture tech, renewable energy and other sustainable technologies. Veronica has successfully led and sold the Karl Lagerfeld brand – growing it to a global fashion and accessories business with many profitable product expansions. Veronica was the President of Iconix China from 2008-2015, successfully launching 12 mass market American brands into China and opening over 1000 stores. She is a special advisor to the Copenhagen Fashion Summit.

He brings over 10 years of experience in the field, having previously invested in private equity funds in emerging markets for development finance institutions (Swiss Investment Fund for Emerging Markets and British International Investment), advised social enterprises in the UK, and played a key role in the launch of funds focused on access-to-energy and biodiversity for the Dutch impact-focussed asset manager Triple Jump. Nicolas holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of St. Gallen and a PhD in Ethics from Durham University.
